I have trained here for a few years now and I cannot over-recommend this gym. Yes, it's a boxing gym but there's no attitude from any of the trainers or other members, quite the reverse, you'll get plenty of support and encouragement from everyone as well as excellent training from Burf and all the other trainers. I purchased a One on One Introduction to Boxing on their web-site and none ever contacted me or responded my 5 emails. Neither they returned the money. Don't waist your money and time on them, just cheaters.

In 16 days from 5 Nov to 21 Nov I lost 2.66kg of fat and put on 3.9kg of muscle training with Burf at The Ring Boxing Club. My net weight increased from 89.7kg to 90.9kg but my body fat % dropped from 20.8% to 17.7% The numbers tell their own story but they don’t say that it was actually good fun. Hard work but great group of people and a cracking trainer.
