Joe, Simon and the rest of the trainers at The Results Academy are all really welcoming and supportive. I am coming to the end of week 4 of the 28 day Project Shape challenge. I have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and have now decided to continue on with a regular monthly membership. All the trainers are super friendly, as are the women I have trained with in the weekly sessions. There are women of all shapes and sizes and varying levels of fitness.
