Great club to start and/or improve sailing skills! All members are very friendly and helpful. It’s more like a family as everyone is very welcomed and quickly being part of this great environment. I've been a member for many years and find the club friendly and inclusive. It is a great club to learn to sail at and also a great venue for the more experienced sailor as winds can be quite shifty. The club has a real family feel, and we are always keen to welcome new members

It's my local club and I joined a year or so ago as a novice dinghy sailor. The experienced members have been consistently generous with their help and advice. Helping me buy a boat, giving me hints, taking my daughter and i out sailing with them. Very inclusive and receptive club that works with scouts and sea cadets and encourages young and not so young people to start, improve and enjoy sailing

Great friendly club, great well priced beginners courses and for those with more experience. Lake isn't large (good for beginners) but size and the inclusion of a couple of islands offers interesting racing with a more technical challenge for those who want it.

Brilliant club, amazing community and great prices. Couple of races every sunday, good ad-hoc events and Tuesday evening races. If you're looking to get into sailing or are already into it, you'll get along very well here!
