I've been coming to the Shed for a while now. Su is an experienced and talented ceramicist, but I keep coming because her kindness, diligence, resourcefulness, advice, and (especially with me) patience, have been an enormous part in helping me to make some work I'm pleased with. I also like going to the Shed because the other students have such creative and inventive ideas that it's a pleasure to watch their concepts fired into reality.

Su is a wonderful potter and person who opens the doors of her studio to people eager to learn. She's ever so helpful and the small class sizes mean you get lots of hands on advice. She'll work with you to make your visions a reality - or at least laugh with you if things go to pot!

The Potting Shed is an independent pottery run by Su in an efficient and flexible manner. Su is very talented, knowledgeable, kind and generous. You can attend structured classes or book time in the shed to carry out your own project with Sue's help and assistance. There is a good range of clays and glazes to chose from and the fees are very reasonable. Everyone at the shed is friendly and helpful and I had such a great time there, I hope to be able to go again soon to enjoy the creative, pr...
