I absolutely love my classes at the St Albans studio - it's definitely one of my favourite spaces for Pilates and Paula is a brilliant teacher! The classes always feel tailored to me even though they're for the group and she challenges me in exactly the right way. I really count down to classes each week. I have been doing classes at The Pilates Workshop since it opened and for several years with Paula before that. The studio is beautiful - spacious and calm- and they have done a fantastic job of making it COVID-safe. I’m now on my third regular teacher at the studio and all classes have been high-quality, highly varied, adapted to individual needs and v enjoyable. Wish I had time to do more!

I have 2 lessons a week at the Pilates studio and I love my lessons. They keep me moving and feeling strong. The teachers are really friendly and professional and the classes are varied and balanced. At the moment, due to lockdown, my classes are both on zoom and I really appreciate the efforts made by the teachers to keep things going. Thank you!

I look forward to my Pilates class each week. Its enjoyable, varied and you are encouraged to try something new to challenge yourself with options for all abilities in the class. We have been so fortunate that classes continued on Zoom during lockdown this year. I thoroughly enjoy coming to my weekly classes. Paula is very attentive and the studios provide a relaxing atmosphere. I was first recommended by my osteopath to help work towards strengthening my back muscles to reduce my on going pain. I can honestly say six months on I am feeling the benefits. I would highly recommend The Pilates workshop!!
