I purchased a Kawai upright piano from the Piano Man around two and a half years ago. I was offered advice which I found very useful, recommendation of model type to suit the function of the room and acoustics, even advice on how to mic the piano and remove some of the wooden structures to improve sound for recording and live performance purposes. So glad we came here to upgrade our old hefty upright piano. No pressure or snobbishness at all unlike some shops I have visited. We were left to try out the wide range of models on show with Oliver available with friendly advice. After choosing the Kawai K600as, Oliver made the sales process easy.
