A Fantastic Yard. Gail has created a yard with a professional, calm and fun atmosphere. The horses are put first and the care they receive under her care is first class.

I started keeping my two horses at The Old Dairy on the day it opened and going there was the best thing I did in 2021! The stables and yard block are spacious and well kept and all the horses are relaxed and happy. The haylage from the farm is of the best quality and the the horses are constantly moved around so they can be turned out all year with the fields remaining in good order. I had an emergency and needed a livery yard short term whilst my horse had an operation. Originally it was only supposed to be one night and we booked the time and date. The horse then wouldn't load so we had to change the times Gail was lovely about it, totally flexible and offered help to make sure the horse made it for his operation. Her understanding of her horses needs is intuitive backed up by years of experience that give her a confident and kind manner towards her charges. Her stable management is impeccable and she wields a mean pair of clippers to turn out a superbly presented and polished hunter!

What a lovely new yard! Post and rail fencing, lots of lovely turn out (and grass, which is hard to come by at this time of year) and some of the best hacking I have ever seen! Most importantly, the yard owner is a very knowledgeable, friendly lady and nothing is too much trouble for her. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top class care of their ponios.
