The HGV Boot Camp training course was excellent. The education, insights and support I have gained have proved invaluable. I have recently passed my Class C HGV test. The support and commitment provided by the logistics academy to help and train new drivers coming into the logistics industry is second to none. Did my online lesson through bootcamp, quality training and tutors were so engaging, answering all questions i might have regarding the training, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Due to work commitment i was able to swap days for training easily, excellent customer service, all my queries regarding the course were answered through email ticket. Overall i had a great experience to the end, i would highly recommend.

I can't believe the other reviews on this. My experience with Mantra has been fantastic. Yes, there's a lot of Teams Training that happens, but it's delivered professionally, and has been very helpful for me on the learning side on the Rigid HGV (car novice to HGV). The trainers that are teaching you on the driving side was excellent also and patient, making sure you understand the vehicle and how to drive it. I worked with this company since May this year and I passed my class 2 in August. The company wasn't to bad in all honestly but the communication was really bad but I understand that the work load they have but comes to a point of when your emailing and ringing them and still getting no answers which is ridiculous. Absolutely awful! I'll be contacting my MP in regards to this company. Clearly just taking the government money and running without doing any of the work. I attended the online tutorial and found it odd just how many people had to share this briefing. Not much was explained and only 5 minutes at the end to answer questions! I have been on the LGV Bootcamp with you guys for a few months, I passed my theory first time, and I did the Online teams lessons and i have been waiting for a couple of months for my practical test and training to happen but no messages calls emails nothing, I have tried and tried to submit email messages and calls but no replies.
