  • Working with JJ has been the best decision I have made 🙌 currently in week 5 of my 6 week transformation programme and feeling positive, motivated and supported. The plan is easy to follow, realistic and focuses on set goals, which JJ adjusts for me weekly to push me and keep me accountable.
