Absolutely amazing trainer! So caring but yet so empowering and enthusiastic that it is just so inspirational! Really listened to what I was wanting to achieve and not even joking, within weeks noticed the improvements! No matter if you're having bad days, Ellis so so supportive to help you achieve your goals that you find real passion in what you're doing. Great trainer and just couldn't recommend enough!

I have worked with Ellis for over a year now and can say I 100% recommend him. Whether your a bodybuilding or lifestyle client he will help you reach your goals and get your dream body. He is professional and very knowledgeable as well as just an all round friendly guy.

I met Ellis in August 2021 when, physically, I was very unfit. I was really excited and enthusiastic about my big change and turnaround in Health and committed to a block of sessions. Ellis is a great coach. His ability to take into consideration your likes and dislikes for the food plan and exercise programme are great! I’m a fussy eater and yet Ellis managed to do a plan for me which was suited to my needs and still gave me some treats so I didn’t crave. Ellis is a great listener, and always full of enthusiasm and motivation as well as lots of positive reinforcement to help motivate me as a client. Thank you! 😊

Since working with Ellis, my diet and training has transformed immensely for the better. He’s always on hand to help and his vast knowledge of fitness allows him to constantly keep me improving and learning. I couldn’t recommend him enough if you’re trying to get in the best shape of your life.
