Sarah is an amazing PT. She's so knowledgeable about all things fitness and has helped me understand the correct ways to do certain exercises that consider I've just had a baby. Now i feel confident when I workout on my own. She's also been really good at providing tips on how to tweak my diet to help me achieve my goals. Would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a fun, professional and knowledgeable PT in St Albans. Five Stars!

Sarah is brilliant and I would defo recommend BPM Fitness especially if you want to get fit but are worried about not fitting it in around children! Sarah's classes are fun and you get a really good workout. There are plenty of toys for babies and children to keep them entertained and Sarah will give them a cuddle, if needed, so you can get the most from your workout. Sarah also comes to my house for 1:1 PT sessions which is SO convenient. She really encourages you to push yourself and adapts...

I've been attending Sarah's post natal fitness classes since having my baby, and they are hugely helping me gain my fitness back. The classes are great for all levels of fitness, everyone is so friendly and it's such a huge positive that you can take your baby/child with you. I look forward to these classes every week and I'd seriously recommend them to anyone looking to get fit again, have fun and meet some new friends!

I wanted to do something for my physical condition. My problem was lack of free personal time that's why I could not attend any class. Then I found Sarah! She came into my house when I was available and she prepared exercises according my needs! Amazing! What can be better! She was always challenging me and pushed me to perform my best.
