She helped me to achieve and reach my goals by also giving nutritional tips + healthy habits. I found MJ when I was going through a tough moment in my life and she helped me to get out of it thanks to her personalized workouts. Her motivation and positive attitude helped achieve this.   • I had my first personal training session today with Melissa. She was professional, adaptable to my injuries (I’m 50yrs old so i have collected a few) and managed to keep me motivated to the end! What a star.
