I finally took my driving test today and passed with 0 faults. Thanks to Ian “TMOD”, he was professional and very reassuring. Managed my expectations which translated to this fantastic result. I will certainly recommend his services to anyone who is interested in learning to drive.

I would highly recommend Ian as a driving instructor. Made me feel calm and assured from the start. Very clear and patient with his instruction. I consider myself a competent and confident driver thanks to him.

Ian is so patient, even for someone with awful nerves like myself. It took my awhile to pass but Ian always believed in me. Honest about when I was ready, didn't push me too hard but also was encouraging. Flexible with lessons and I recommend Ian to anyone learning to drive in the Wivenhoe/Colchester area. Fantastic instructor.

I was recommend Ian Beard by my sister who passed first time and I now I know why!! He is a fantastic instructor who was always committed to helping me pass not only pass but become a safe driver. He taught me from the very basics and now feel very confident driving and passed first time as well. Couldn’t of asked for better support and flexibility!!

I was fortunate enough to have Ian as my driving instructor. I was a driver starting with absolutely no experience, and therefore struggled to take everything in. However Ian is very patient and allows you to learn at your comfortable paste. He is extremely timely and professional and knows exactly what he's doing allowing you to feel comfortable. I started off having road anxiety, and thanks to Ian I can confidently say I enjoy being on the road. Brilliant instructor.
