The Minimalist Doula

Jenna was our rock in our preparations for birth and throughout the birth itself. Any time we needed her, she was there to support us emotionally and physically. I loved having Jenna by my side throughout pregnancy and birth of both of my children. She supported me by always listening and helping me finding answers to my questions (I would always ask her rather than googling anything!), and her reassurance helped me make the right decisions for me and my baby. She made me feel safe, secure, and made me feel heard. She was my doula, my friend and my family when I felt most vulnerable.

I am beyond grateful for the support Jenna gave me and my family after the birth of my twin boys. She was so nurturing, loving and gentle with them. And the same with me! She was non judgemental and made me feel completely accepted but would also offer (much needed!) advice when asked. There is no way I would have gotten through that first year without her.

We had Jenna as our doula for the birth of both of our children and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I are not originally from the UK and we had no family who could come join us for the birth.
