  • Mark is great trainer. Really tries to tailor training to age and ability. Makes doing weights fun.

  • I have been using Mark for nearly a year and feel my body is stronger in all areas. I’ve run for many years and thought I had strong legs till I started exercising under Mark’s tuition. Now I have more defined leg muscle which assists with running. As well as a stronger upper body. Mark has adapted sessions when I’ve been injured and worked on exercises specifically to aid recovery. His knowledge is vast. The sessions are always enjoyable as well as beneficial. Thank you Mark
