I participated in the one day Clearing Limiting Beliefs Workshop (via Zoom), and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to learn a range of practical techniques to help in this area. No prior knowledge is needed, just a willingness to actively participate and learn. Jeremy is a skilled trainer who immediately creates a safe and open atmosphere. I throughly enjoyed it!
