Attended this salon for very first time to have skin tag removal…communication before appointment was excellent..the salon itself is very welcoming and has a relaxed vibe..Liz who performed procedure on me went through all the relevant documentation which explains procedure & any potential effects etc..I did feel slightly apprehensive as never had this treatment before but Liz was so approachable & put me at my ease & answered any questions I had prior or during procedure..all aspects of appt...
