I was given a day course at the Kitchen Cookery School 'An Impressive Dinner Party' as a Christmas present and I would agree that both the menu and the results were impressive. The tuition was excellent, the ingredients well selected and the dishes gave us something to aim at. The day was quite long and tiring but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to cooking the dishes at home for guests.
Today was my 5th cookery class(Thai Street Food) @ The Kitchen Cookery School, my 2nd with the lovely Gerard Molloy. Gerard gave a well presented & informative class with exceptional understanding of ingredients. Looking forward to my next class & introducing another friend.
