The Jet Shop

Very poor service. Most of the staff do not have any idea of what they are doing. Take advantage of people who are vulnerable by getting them to sign for things they do not need or do not know what they are signing for. This office / organisation is receiving funding that is not deserved .

These lot are just a bunch of backbiters, gossipers I think just passing there time in old age. Maybe the good reviews are from people they personally know because they only help people that they know. I hate that they bring there attitude with them to work and talk about everyone and every thing in a negative way. Really sucks!

This shop is not fit for purpose. How have they managed to get funding for so long when they can't even help you write a CV properly? A deprived area like this needs alot better. Sayed is not a nice man either

I have had a great experience with JetShop as I have had regular appointments with a careers advisor who has helped myself create a CV and put me in the correct direction of work.

These guys do not know what they are doing, emailing people on the day prior to an interview that they have been unsuccessful. An environment that should be quiet as some users that had learning difficulties sat doing a test, yet all you could hear were screaming, laughing and shouting from the front of shop staff. Very poor.
