Having completed the full days barista training course, I couldn't recommend this course enough. Katie provides a good level of theory before allowing plenty of time for practical application. This is perfect for anyone looking to start out their own business, improving their technique or just looking to have fun learning latte art.

Making espresso is an art as well as a science, and as I beginner I had no idea where to start in learning it. Kate at IBTA is a wonderful instructor, and I was lucky to get a one-to-one with her. We completed the one day barista course, very detailed and tailored to our needs. Kates knowledge of coffee and the industry is vast, would highly recommend this course for people would want to start a business or if you just love coffee and want to learn a little more.
