I contacted the IPW as I was struggling as a beneficiary of a will with one of their members. On the legal firms website they advertised the fact that they were part of this institution.
I had to make a formal complaint about this member and the president of IPW was extremely helpful, fair and knowledgeable about my rights and the case itself. Thanks to them I was able to handle the situation with the member and bring the case to a close.
