  • Highly recommend. Lovely professional staff and great facilities. Jamie has been fab, he really listened and tailored my programme to suit what I needed (ongoing knee problems). He's provided great motivation and has gone over and above supporting me with home workouts to make sure I get the best out of our sessions. It feels great to be making progress finally so cannot recommend enough!
