Not a good service, I had to wait over a week for the bit to arrive and I was told to purchase another for over £150 whilst I was waiting for the other one to arrive which isn’t acceptable The bit didn’t suit my horse so sent it back they received it back on the 27th February, 6th March still no refund cleared and PayPal advised it could take another week to clear Would not use again

Excellent knowledgeable advice given by Vicky and all staff in fact ,very patient on listening to horses needs ,which was especially nice a rarity in these times , couldn’t be more satisfied with the excellent service I have received , thank you so much.

Thank you to the lovely staff for their exemplary service. They answered all of my questions, and were able to offer comprehensive advice on a particular Fager bit. Excellent professional service from the knowledgeable staff. It helps when a company know their products. Highly recommend and will be my first choice when buying bits in the future. Thank you. I took my tricky horse to a clinic with Ema thinking our last hope would be a double bridle however, within 10 minutes Ema found a huge wolf tooth on his right hand side! At 10 years old we never thought to check! We had a discussion and decided to find a bit that would allow the horse to work safely and be as comfortable as possible until whilst we wait to have the tooth extracted and then we’ll reassess afterwards. Placed an order, then got an email saying it was going to be delayed, then nothing. Contacted them to chase and they said they would chase the supplier. Then nothing. Emailed again requesting a refund. Had to chase. Did eventually get my refund but such a waste of time and energy.
