The two classes were amazing and very helpful indeed. The ladies were very knowledgeable and friendly and provided tips and advice in simple terms, providing us with confidence and calmness in expecting our first child. My partner and I would definitely recommend these classes. We both learnt so much and feel ready and more equipped to cope with our new arrival.

Really informative sessions. I feel so much more prepared for birth and baby coming. The trainers were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. A really good mix of information and hands on learning. Also nice to meet other parents at the same stage of pregnancy too.
