Tom is a wonderful hairdresser, gives you a lovely haircut and blow-dry. Will continue to go and see him. The rest of the staff are nice too.

I want to give a shout out for Billie. She transformed my rather lank bob into a stylish pixie cut. Also colour matched my roots perfectly. A lovely girl and very talented.

Not only is this a fabulous salon to visit. The gentle tranquility is like a therapy in itself + the atmosphere is really welcoming. Gary’s my stylist + he’s not only a very nice person, he conducts every aspect himself which I love. My hair is the best it’s been for at least a decade + he cuts to perfection. I made an appointment as a model, for a trainee hairdresser, at The Grove Experience (who run a hairdresser course). The day I was a model, the main teacher (Gary Yoong) and Jemma looked after me. I had my roots dyed, scattered highlights, thinning of hair and a cut. I was given a hair wash and a dry as well. The customer experience was brilliant, as I was often offered coffees. Great service as always at this wonderful salon and on this occasion the lovely Mia, one of there rising students, who is also not far from graduating this year, delivered a very mature and top service giving me a great hairstyle and I left the salon feeling like a new woman, a big thank you to the continued great teachings of all the team who always show how much they care about their clients aswell as one another and the future generations of hairdressers. Would always recommend x
