Wow! I cannot recommend Lorna at The Good Life School enough. Working with her has been a genuinely life changing experience. I first came to Lorna as I was feeling lost and directionless with my career/life direction. She was instantly understanding and listened and guided our conversations and explorations in a very therapeutic manner. I'm on my second course with the Good Life School and I love everything they do. Lorna's a great facilitator of fruitful discussions, unexpected insights, and inner transformation. She creates a really supportive environment within the group and the course content is always deep, enriching, and insightful. Would fully recommend to everyone!

Thank you to the Good Life School! - aptly named :) and a huge thank you to Lorna who facilitated the program. The space created was incredibly safe and it is in these places we can open up and really transform. I felt very connected to the group despite these unprecedented times. The classes were informative but also gave us space to discover what the science meant for us. I really did discover more about myself and being. It is a worthy investment in your wellbeing!

I took part in the Science of Stress course in October 2020. I honestly can't emphasise enough how transformative and wonderful this course was for me. Lorna designed things so well to introduce relevant science (which was presented in a very clear and accessible way) but more importantly not lose focus of what that science means for us living our lives in the real world, and the practical steps we can take. I found the online course on stress management a very good place to be. The experience was expertly managed by Lorna in a very comfortable way: the discussion groups were great because the course material was fresh and engaging, and you can share or simply listen as much as you are comfortable with. In the past I’ve found some courses with a mental health theme at times sterile, this experience was memorable, fun and life enhancing.
