I never use anyone apart from Michelle to cut my hair, and I use anyone who works on the salon to colour my hair all amazing staff, really friendly family run salon! 10/10 would recommend

Michelle Busby does my hair stunningly athough my hair is very challenging too do as I have Afro type of hair, but everytime Michelle does it, it gets even more amazing than ever and because of her my hair looks more heathy than it has been for a long while Thankyou Michelle 💕

I have been going to The Garden Retreat for several years now. Michelle is a great professional and I have found all the team very friendly and helpful. Love the way the business has grown and expanded in to the new salon. Most importantly for me, Michelle has helped me cope enormously with changing the way I use colour products on my hair following diagnosis of a chronic disease. I have been shown great support and sensitivity and always come away with a great haircut and having had a go...

I arrived 5 mins early. Phoned x 2. Sent text when appt 10 mins late. Went to gate. Locked re covid19. Man came out said I was there for M, but she on school run. We left. At home M phoned. My apt was not with her she starts 9.30. Other hairdresser late re traffic. No communication between either hairdresser, no message to me. Apologised but it ruined my day as I have 5 guests later and v busy sorting social distancing .

Michelle has been my hairdresser for over 20 years. She just gets better with time! She keeps up to date with all the latest styles and I've had many of them. Her current salon is amazing and not just for your hair!
