Great 1-1 sessions to help build confidence, Grace is very encouraging, knowledgeable and clearly enjoys coaching. Small and welcoming, challenging but very enjoyable. Support also from other coaches. Classes are well suited to your level, for anyone who would like to try a gym but is looking for something more personal it’s perfect.

Coaches are very professional with a huge depth of knowledge. They are very supportive and encouraging. They make you work as hard as you can, but you always leave smiling with a great sense of achievement. The small group classes are great and not at all intimidating!

Superb personalised programming, with coaching that really pushes to get the best out of you, in a supportive environment. You feel you are constantly making progress, feeling fitter and healthier and the Forge coaches are always there for support and advice. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy training with Grace, JoJo and Sarah. The classes have moved to being online and I’m probably exercising more than ever. I have really enjoyed getting back into fitness since I had my last child. Grace was also great whenever I was pregnant and kept me safe with exercises, but also kept me fit. Training in my living room via Zoom has now made things so easy, especially with not having to arrange childcare. Would definitely recommend people give it a go!!

I have been a member of the forge for over 2 years now and I keep going from strength to strength in my training. During these hard times in isolation the coaches have been great at creating ideas and keeping all their clients active by setting us challenges each day, as well as our minds with a fun coffee and quiz night. Also helping with montoring our eating habits Definitely would recommend the forge to anyone they are a great squad of coaches.
