  • The fore has amazing team of trainers, who deeply care about their clients. It’s been around 5 months for me together with the fore, and I feel I’m growing together with the team. Each class becomes more interesting and advanced with time. My personal top 5: 1) any class with Chris; 2) Boxing with Oliver; 3) NOGA with Becki; 4) sessions with Mike to challenge yourself and push out of your comfort zone; 5) Sam’s class for good vibes and sense of humour.   • One of my favourite workout studios. Love that both TRX and skill mills are lower impact than similar competitor workouts, and the pace and results of their classes are perfect. Also love the TRX yoga (noga) for a different approach to a standard flow. It still flows like a yoga class but leaves time to experiment (trx is great for practicing hand standing and inversions) and always leave feeling relaxed but challenged.   • Found The Fore via ClassPass. Dropped in for a boxing & conditioning class. Incredible. Gorgeous space downstairs. Well equipped gym. Lady on reception super friendly & helpful. Instructor amazing. Will absolutely go back. Great find for central London!

  • I love love love all the classes. The instructors are so energetic and motivating. They give helpful advices. Everyone is very friendly and the amenities are amazing! This is the BEST gym around.

  • What an amazing workout space smack bang in the middle of Kings Cross. Incredible vibe here both in and out of the studio. Clean, spacious with brilliant classes. I wish I’d know about this place sooner!
