The Flight Experience

Had great fun this morning 'flying' an Airbus A320 from Newcastle Airport and back with a quick touchdown at Teesside Airport. Thank you to my daughters for a surprise Christmas present. The instructor took care of the throttle, flaps, etc. so really all I had to do was steer and adjust altitude. I have to report that the runway at Newcastle isn't wide enough😅

Absolutely fantastic place! We took the kids for the Lapland flight experience and it was magical! Such a unique Christmas activity, we’ve never done anything like it. The staff were wonderful and really made it special. We all enjoyed ourselves so much!

This makes a great present for a teenager. We flew Newcastle to Edinburgh, then took off from JFK to do a low level sightseeing tour if New York. Add an in flight emergency and some bad weather and I think I had as much fun watching as they did flying.

What a fabulous experience, I really felt like I was flying, probably a good job I wasn't though as my landing was terrible. Give it a go it's so much fun!

My partner received a flight experience as a gift & we attended yesterday. As both a participant & us as spectators, there was 3 of us who accompanied him, we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The instructor was very patient & couldn't have done anything more to make this gift a good experience as it was spot on! Thank you very much - would definitely recommend 👍
