  • I highly recommend The Fitness Room. Since I started 4 months ago, I've seen improvements to my body shape and overall physical health as well as my self-confidence and motivation. I love how varied the sessions are and Katie and Will are always on hand to give advice and support. They challenge me to push myself whilst having fun. There's no showing off or egos here - everyone is so friendly. I come out of each session feeling great (and maybe aching a little!).

  • Friendly set-up yet a challenging workout every time, joining The Fitness Room has given me confidence in getting back to the gym. Will and Katie have been superb at working around injuries and are very helpful in terms of understanding levels of competence, aiding with correct form and most importantly, making it fun!

  • I cannot recommend The Fitness Room enough. Over the past few years I have done two postnatal courses with Katie, online workouts and indoor and outdoor sessions with both Will and Katie. I've never been good at keeping going with exercise until joining here.   • Fantastic, friendly, independent gym with indoor and outdoor spaces. The group sessions are fun and varied, suitable for people of all fitness levels and are a great way of maximizing your training time. They also offer 1:1 personal training, and specialized post-natal classes. I have been a member of several different gyms and this one is by far the best!
