Really friendly atmosphere, the trainer Steve and the members are very welcoming. I was a bit nervous and shy when I started but noone judges you, and everyone spurs you on. Steve is very knowledgable about what he does, and is always happy to help if you can't do certain exercises due to injury/restrictions. It's hard work, but enjoyable at the same time, which isn't always a given at a gym facility. The kit is all top end quality, as is the service. Would recommend to all ages and abilities...

Quite simply the best gym I have been a member of. I say this for three reasons. First is the people, there is such a lovely friendly bunch it makes going to the gym fun. Secondly, the kit and classes: there is variety and top end kit which caters for all levels of fitness. Thirdly, Steve. Steve is a highly qualified, experienced PT and it shows. His sessions are fun, engaging, impactful and varied. Can’t recommend this gym enough.

Amazing group and atmosphere. Since I joined the Hub my body shape has visibly improved and it is getting better month by month. There is a number of classes to choose from, each one with specific targets and workouts. The place is clean and the equipment is brand new. I find myself very motivated and encouraged to do my best from both Steve and the members. Highly recommended if you are tired of being just a number in a 24/7 gym and even more if you are bored of usual classes/fitness rooms.

I joined approximately a year ago and haven’t looked back since!! I moved down from Bristol in 2011 and tried to find the right workout, encouragement, and gym where you are not just another membership number in the system ... I joined the fitness hub a year ago. I was used to a different type of exercise and I wasn’t happy with the shape of my body. After talking with Steve, we set some goals to start this new experience conscious of my expectation. At the begin I was really shy but the people who workout at the gym are very friendly. It is a very familiar environment! I love it xx
