Love Love Love. I've been going to the fit room for about a year. For someone who doesn't like big gyms and is clueless about what to do, this is the place to be. Darren is motivating and dedicated in helping me achieve my goals. My One to one private PT is now something I look forward to every week and it's very flexible which helps if you have a chaotic life like myself. Solid 10/10.

Started going to Darren February 2017 in an effort to get fitter and make my golf swing more consistent. His sessions are hugely tough, but highly enjoyable and has a great knowledge of the golf swing and way you should move. He treats you like he is your best mate, but at same time he pushes you to the limit he is tough but fair. Can not recommend him highly enough, he is always available outside the sessions for any help and advice you may need nothing is too much trouble.

Have been using Darren for PT sessions for several months now and it's been the kick start I needed to get stronger and fitter before reaching middle age! He really tailors each session and before you know it you are surpassing all previous goals and aiming even higher. He's extremely knowledgeable and I know with his guidance I'm working the right muscles and seeing the best results. Money well spent!

Been training with Darren over the last couple of years and have found him and the team at FWD to be extremely helpful. Nothing is too much bother and he is always available to help and support your goals. Training is enjoyable and there is always something new to try and he always gives encouragement to maintain progress. Cannot recommend Darren and the team highly enough, if you are looking for a team to help you achieve your goals, then look no further than here.

Have been going to Darren at Fitness and Wellbeing development for a few years now. I love the individual training rooms as it allows me to feel more comfortable during my workout. There is plenty of equipment available as its a one on one facility, so you are never waiting in line for the weights or rowing machine etc. If you're looking for individual private personal training I would highly recommend Fitness and wellbeing Development.
