I have been going to The Fit Box for a few months now and can't recommend it enough. If you are looking for a gym that can cater specifically to your individual fitness requirements or to get stuck into some group classes this is the place. Everyone is welcoming and the instructors are brilliant. I have seen improvements in my fitness already and met some great people - the place where everyone knows your name and no one lets you give up!

It doesn't matter if you want to get in shape, continue on your fitness journey or educate yourself further, The Fitbox has it all. Paul isn't just a great instructor he is also a great teacher!! Would highly recommend to anyone. There is no place like The Fitbox.
