Shelley at the empowering birth school is amazing! If you are looking for support, advice and to overall feel more positive and confident about your upcoming birth then do attend one of her courses. We went from feeling apprehensive to feeling positive, empowered about what we wanted, and full of birth prep knowledge. For us this led to a calm labour that we felt in control of. Any questions we had Shelley was happy to answer and she also gave us support along the way until our baby was born....

I couldn’t recommend Shelley at The Empowering Birth School more highly. I was a more complex client having had a previous c section due to baby being breech, anxieties due to 6 previous missed miss carriages, diabetes, strep b, sciatica and pelvic girdle pain! but nothing phased her, she went above and beyond doing further research after our sessions in order to provide me with an abundance of additional information specifically for my circumstances. I couldn’t recommend the empowering birth school enough. We really enjoyed our session with Shelley and found it massively helped prepare us for what was to come. Through hypnobirthing she gave us a new insight into labour & birth, and taught us how to approach it in a way that puts you in control. The techniques we were taught helped at every stage.
