Training with Dom has turned what was a quite unhealthy relationship with exercise into fun. If you had asked me a year ago if I voluntarily would walk into a gym on my own and not panic or stress I wouldn’t have believed you. She has been insanely patient with me and also mindful that I will never be a ‘gym bunny’ as I enjoy a nice meal and a glass of wine too much! Dom has given me a confidence and enthusiasm that honestly I didn’t ever see myself having. 10/10 would recommend

Dominika is amazing female person trainer! She is such a lovely person and knows her job well. I have been training with her for a month and already can see a great results. No starving. Balanced food and exercises! Highly recommended!

Working with Dom has been a great experience and she has been extremely helpful in so many ways. As she is very knowledgeable and experienced, she has massively improved my form and efficiency when training. Dom is also very friendly and enthusiastic to help you achieve your goals, whilst being very supportive and understanding. She regularly checks in to make sure everything is going well and is always there to help. I would 110% recommend!

Dominika has been amazing over the past few weeks, constantly checking in and how I’m doing. She’s very knowledgeable, the guided workouts are very useful. I’m still able to eat what I like AND lose weight, which is so rewarding. I’m feeling so much more confident in my body thanks to her!

Dominika is AMAZING! She is SO friendly & really teaches you about the gym, how to use the equipment properly and good technique. Which means when you go to the gym alone you know what you are doing is right! I honestly, couldn't recommend her enough :) There is also no slacking with her either, because she will be messaging you to make sure you always get your steps in!
