I go to the osteopath in borehamwood. These guys are bloody amazing. I initially went in for pelvic pain but was also suffering with shoulder pain. So we’ve treated this. Went here after injuring my lower back during a gym session. Great service and value for money. They did a full analysis and postural analysis before giving me a diagnosis of my injury. After this they administered some pain relief in the form of light mobility and massage which helped massively.
