For anyone looking to get fit, The Club really is the best place! As soon as I stepped in the door for my first session I instantly felt at ease with the coaches. I joined The Club on the 6 week challenge in February 2022. This allowed me to see what it was like and to see what progress could be made in a relatively short space of time. I did 3x 40 minute sessions a week and started to track my food intake, with nutritional support from the personal trainers. There is no waiting around to use equipment like in commercial gym settings, which is a huge bonus. When 6 weeks were up, I'd lost a stone in weight and could see dramatic changes to my body shape...

I signed up for the 30 day challenge at The Club after losing my fitness motivation in lockdown and I am so pleased that I have! The trainers have all been amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and you really feel like you’re getting one-on-one personal training. The small group classes create a friendly atmosphere, which makes you feel at ease immediately. The training plans are fantastic, the variation keeps it interesting and enjoyable and the results are amazing. I highly recommend this club!
