Order 701725 placed in November for delivery by the 10th December still not received the order and they are refusing to refund us. Not happy and would not recommend at all.

Very disappointed with this company ordered a hamper for Xmas present was told that it would be delivered last Thursday/ Friday no sign of it , ive message on the phone and 3 emails no one has got back to me .

Impossible to get a response by phone, ordered on the 21st of November for delivery on the 16th December..it was still processing on the evening of the 15th so I emailed to say it could go out today. It’s still processing and after reading appalling reviews in trustpilot ..I have no idea if the order will go out at all. Not being able to speak to someone is highly frustrating and I don’t know if if I should cancel and buy elsewhere. I made the order through Yumbles who have slow to non existe...

my order was placed in october for promised delivery on the 10th december, it is now 18th and still no order. I am sick of messaging and getting same answer " priority shipping" still nothing ,wont shop here again,they dont even offer a refund as I can take my business elsewhere, £75 out of pocket and no xmas presents for my folks !!!!!!!!! disgusting

Ordered on the 16th November for delivery on the 14th December but order still hasn’t arrived. I've emailed and no-one has replied and I've tried repeatedly to contact you by telephone and can NEVER get through. I am becoming increasingly concerned
