Knowledge friendly family run livery yard, excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

Some useful facilities, there is a school, not securely fenced and with a recently planted low hedge. Horse washing and solarium (on a meter) available. Not much in the way of off road hacking in the immediate area, although local roads are quiet away from the A52. Some new post and rail fencing. Narrow access gates suggest no future grassland maintenance is planned. Poor ragwort control. Buildings and fixings tired, ill fitting stable doors, some roofing not watertight.
