What a fabulous morning! Leyla is a brilliant teacher, the intro to throwing was just perfect - just enough information and detail without overloading us. The atmosphere was super friendly, supportive and I learnt so much in such a short time! Cannot wait to do more at the studio, cant recommend enough!

Great re-introduction to throwing from Layla and Gaye at their lovely studio. They are patient and enthusiastic teachers. The booking process and communication was excellent too. Looking forward to my next visits!

We really enjoyed our beginner throwing class. Leyla and Gaye were both so helpful and supportive through every step of the process of throwing our pots. We didn’t expect to come away with pots that actually looked like pots (rather than wobbly messes) but we were thrilled we did. The atmosphere was so calm and the beautiful studio felt so inspiring and creative it made me want to become a potter. We are going to book onto the next stage of throwing soon. Thank you for a lovely relaxing time.

I took part in the beginners throwing class yesterday for the second time. Gaye and Leyla are fantastic and patient teachers. They provide a very relaxed but professional environment in which to learn and are really encouraging when things don't go exactly to plan - as I've found several times. 😄 Looking forward to picking up my pots and finding out whether they're as wonky as I remember. Great fun!

I have now attended 4 pottery workshops and would highly recommend this studio for anyone wanting to learn throwing on a wheel. The instructions from Layla have helped me to progress so much, it’s a great space and very well thought through. I always feel welcome and can forget about the outside world for a few hours while I’m concentrating on making pots. I only wish I lived nearer as I have to travel an hour each way from where I live but I feel it is well worth the effort. Thank you so muc...
