Wonderful Retreat with Jenny Rowlandsat at Seaford. Great mix of activities and some free time This was my first and it didn't disappoint. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely do another of Jenny's.

I have loved every minute of this course, even when it challenged me beyond my own beliefs. The course has been fantastic for me in terms of learning about a range of subjects including life coaching, mindfulness and meditation, as well as learning about my own inhibiters and the values which underpin my personality. I absolutely loved this course, it's had a positive impact on my life both personally and professionally. You can fit in with your life as the course work is online, but best if you can do it in line with the live sessions. It's a really in depth course with a lot of content. I've made some amazing friends and the course tutor is wonderful. The course is worth so much more, Jenny has priced it really reasonably to make it accessible ❤️
