Tom delivered a fantastic, bespoke 6wk pre- season training plan for the Hockey Club. He took the time to understand our demographic, playing level and weekly activity; tailored his sessions to suit and provided a home training and nutrition plan to ensure we maximised our goals. I've used Tom as part of a 6 weeks fitness push before our Hockey season starts. Tom isn't like most PTs, screaming in your face while you struggle. He has a calm and simple instructions with great exercises, they are great as they can be as easy or hard as you like so they can match a variation of fitness levels. I would highly recommend Tom for professional staff, sports clubs and individuals. Thanks for the sessions Tom, really needed them at this point in my life ☺

Weekly sessions with The Busy PT are great! Exercises vary each week so it never gets boring, he pushes you but at the same time ensures that exercises are done properly. But most importantly, the group are a good laugh and it's great fun!

The Busy PT has a good, strong worth ethic and adds value all the way. They help with your diet and targeted weight loss and muscle building, and the occasional whats app message when you really need to be reminded of goals! Highly recommended :-) Full of top tips, have worked out virtually and in person, very adaptable to the NEW world.

Each week there are different workouts which means its not monotonous. There is no judging either, everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level, you will improve. Most importantly it is fun! Tom does make it interesting, and if you have certain issues with some of the workouts, ie back pain, he will adapt it for you so you can still get the benefit of a workout without causing you injury.
