The British Institute Of Cleaning Science (BICSc)

On January 1, 2022, I was informed about the membership renewal and that I need to attach a copy of my passport. I think since 2020 I have been paying the subscription and you have been permanently taking money from my account by direct debit without my consent. This is unacceptable behavior and without damages with immediate effect I am asking you for all the money you took from my bank account. It is unacceptable to take money without permission. I paid but received no training.

I've have 30 years experience in the cleaning industry but coming from a catering background of five years and I'm very good at each and every role I've taken over the years.I'm fed up hearing I'm bic trained from other colleagues when clearly they haven't a clue and using toilet cleaner to clean sinks ect ect but they have certificate's and a badge to state they are bic trained!!!!..another clear rip off qualification charging willy and nilly to prove they are something they are not!..the on...

How can you allow companies like NIC group membership. They adhere to minimal or zero health and safety protocol, yet they display your logo? I used to be proud to hold practitioner status with you, why would you allow a company to use your logo who does EVERYTHING opposite to bics

Due to my error my membership with the British Institute of Cleaning Science lapsed. When i phoned I got thorough to a very helpful staff member who sorted my problem straight away. Sending all the required documents to renew my membership straight to my email. Brilliant

I am not sure on whether BICS works for non members or benefit non members somehow. I am not sure if there is an obligation for them to attend people and business that have not entered into membership since I have requested their support and still awaiting for feedback. Anyway, they hold a very profitable and unique rule in the business and think because of this their responsibility to clarify questions should be extended to the general public and small business, even with some limitation or ...
