Home of the infamous Begbie glass scene. Stumbled into this place by pure chance having only read an article on the pub about a week or so ago. In for a few beers but could have stayed all day. Michael the barman was engaging. Big screen TV's should you want to watch the game. Beer garden too which I look forward to visiting in summer. Decent collection of beers on draught. It’s quirky and dog friendly. Maybe less of a focus on quality ale than the name suggests. Pizzas and burgers amongst some bargain lunch offers. Barman was super friendly and the decor is fab. Also has a mezzanine for events and a beer garden for the summer

Loved the pub due to its trainspotting history but 3 stars due to them not having commentary on the TVs for the football due to a party upstairs. The pub was packed out for the football! Really ruined the atmosphere. Would not go back here to watch sports ever again. Food was nice and reasonable price. Staff were very nice but really should have prioritised the majority. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at BrewHaus! They are always so friendly and lovely. We come in with our friends and dogs all the time and they always make us feel welcomed! Good food, good drinks and lovely people, what more could you ask for.
