I popped in today as I had a problem with my tyres and the crew tackled the issue with great disposition, they were very friendly and helpful indeed. Even though i don't live in Windsor, The Bike Company is for sure a trusted spot I'll be leaning on during my rides whenever I'm around

Words cannot describe the service I received this morning, however, I will do my best. Stepping off the train at Windsor I realised there was an issue with my chain. Step forward The Bike Company. On entering the store I was greeted by a long haired gentleman who clearly knew his bikes - he took one look at my chain and diagnosed the issue in seconds. I think the sign of good company is how they respond when there is an issue. Following replacement of shifters and callipers on my road bike, there were some niggles I wasn't happy with when on my first ride. The bike was immediately booked back in and the issues dealt with for collection later that day. Excellent service from knowledgeable, friendly mechanics.

What a rare example of exceptional customer service. I needed help with reattaching my son's bike gears. The friendly staff not only did this for free but they also adjusted the handle bars, checked the brakes and topped-up the tyres. Well done and thank you for being a shining example of the best bike shop in Berkshire.
