Joining the Barn has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I started the 6 weeks challenge and without hesitation I stayed. So many changes seen in those 6 weeks. The barn has helped me to achieve goals, to feel better with myself, to understand about fitness and the best thing, to feel very supportive by everybody. I love Bootcamp sessions! The Barn and its trainers are amazing! This is no ordinary Bootcamp. There’s no shouting at you to get you working harder; just pure encouragement and acknowledgement that you are working hard. What a special place! I joined the Barn six week PT challenge three months ago in the hope of boosting my energy and finding the motivation to become more active for the longterm. Can't thank The Barn Bootcamp team enough for getting me back into a more regular fitness regime. I did the 6 week challenge first and enjoyed it so much that I joined up for a year. I can't lie.......its tough! But the challenge for me is making sure that I try to keep up with everyone else. The encouragement from all of the friendly trainers helps me achieve this. I've certainly seen a change in body shape and my fitness levels and I'd certainly encourage anyone to join up.
