  • Alan is simply brilliant, the benefits of Strength and conditioning are finally being realised in cycling. Alans knowledge has been fantastic. Creating challenging, productive sessions along with structured long term plans The facilities are amazing. A gym full of Eleiko equipment what more could you want. If your looking to progress, I couldn't recommend a better person for the job.

  • Alan is a really knowledgeable, professional and friendly PT. He takes the time to assess your current capabilities, as well as understanding what you want to achieve. The workouts are challenging and varied and have helped me get stronger, leaner and have a better posture. The gym is also lovely with a really high standard of equipment.

  • Alan is a brilliant PT, combining years of practical experience with a solid science based approach. He's also a good lad, which helps. This is one of the best strength and conditioning facilities I've been to in over 20 years of working out in gyms from Australia to Vegas. Highly recommended.
