  • Tristan is a great coach, when i first started training with Tristan i was struggling to get motivated and i had very little clue as to what i wanted to achieve. After meeting Tristan and discussing my fitness, he helped me to get on track. Tristan is always on hand for advice and mentoring towards fitness goals. Would certainly recommend.

  • Tristan is a fantastic trainer, always paying attention to any knocks or pains so that he could adjust the workout to give the affected areas rest. He made sure to stay aware of my goals and areas that I wanted to improve, so that we could focus on them. Keeping both the in person workouts and the online plans fresh and aligned with my goals!
