  • I had one lesson with Lindsey a year ago, and it was honestly a terrible, awful experience. I experienced nothing short of bullying and ableism, mental health shaming and quite frankly surprised such a short tempered person works with the public. She expected me to just know what I needed to do (despite knowing I had never driven before), shouted at me repeatedly and laughed at me when this eventually resulted in me crying due to her behaviour, she then suggested I consider not learning as I ...

  • I want to thank Lindsey For all her advice and teaching over the years she has given me I would like to thank her as today I PASSED my disabled driving test without a single miner, and if you read this Lindsey I did keep checking my mirrors I had your voice saying “ I’ll hit you with the news paper “ our little joke I would highly recommend her especially if you have medical issues she is very supportive Once again thank you Robert from ASHFORD

  • I wouldn't recommend Lindsay good and patient instructor as she was very nasty & horrible towards me every time I made mistakes she had no patience & found her very rude a lot of the time during my driving lessons I had with her & she kept shouting abuse towards me every time I did something wrong & she never helped me with my driving. She was OK on my first lesson that had with her and started to go ballistic on the 3rd lesson. When I went with Lindsay she knocked all my confidence away and...

  • Mean-spirited and impatient. I had previously learned to drive as a teenager, and was looking to reacquaint myself and pick up where I'd left off before taking my test. I chose The Automatic Driving School because I was looking to pass quickly, so that I could start using an automatic car which I already owned. I'd describe myself as being confident with driving, prior to booking, and was only really wanting a refresher. I'd unfortunately block booked ten lessons with her, so decided to see ...

  • Not a good instructor if you suffer from Dyspraxia... I had Lindsay for a few weeks and found that she did not guide me when I was driving and expect me to just know what to do despite my anxiety surrounding my lack of coordination etc and she then gave up on me and said she didn’t think I’ll learn. Luckily I found an instructor that was patient with me and gave me my confidence back and have finally learnt to drive with a different instructor and taking my test soon :)
